They may not be used for publicity purposes without the prior written consent of the right holders (art. L. 713-2 du Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle, France). The names, products and services mentioned elsewhere in the site must be considered as belonging to their respective owner. Societies and names are only given as examples and do not indicate any association with another company, name or product.

All rights which are not explicitly conceded remain with the Université de Moncton. Furthermore, the university does not make any declaration on the appropriate use of the information contained in the documents and the graphical elements in the site. Any liability is therefore excluded.

The Université de Moncton can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site, or related to it or to the information contained therein. It declines any responsibility for losses resulting from an interruption of service, loss of data or benefits.

Mentions regarding the hyperlinks

By clicking on a hyperlink, you leave this site. External sites are not under control of the Université de Moncton. Therefore, the Université de Moncton is not responsible for the content of those sites, links which they contain or changes and updates to them. Hyperlinks are provided for your convenience and they do not imply an endorsement of external sites by the Université de Moncton. Risks incurred while using external sites are solely the responsibility of the user.

Copyrights and intellectual property

The present resource is governed by the French version of the Creative Common Licence type 5 (Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives).

All non commercial uses of the work are possible as long as the authors are cited. The work can be modified, but the modified version of the work must be distributed under an identical contract as that used for the original work, accompanied by the following mention: « For online resources financed by the UVED foundation following calls for projects, the use of the resource is allowed for all founding and associated establishments of the UVED foundation without particular economic conditions (excepted tutoring) ».

The Université de Moncton freely cedes to UVED the worldwide rights to literary and artistic rights for the duration inscribed in French law, and non exclusive reproduction and representation rights, to the online resource. For non UVED members, commercial uses must be contractually agreed on with the Université de Moncton as copyright holders. The duration of the copyright 70 years after the death of the author, according to French law.

The agreement on rights transfers between the authors, the Université de Moncton and UVED do not hold prejudice for the respect of intellectual property rights, and in particular moral rights of the authors.
