Question 5: How has your artistic practice or approach developed over the years?
At the beginning, as with most artists, it was mostly working at accurately representing what I was seeing. Whether it was scenery, or still life as it’s called or flowers and such. More a question of being faithful to what you see. Afterwards, I began to study how colours affect people, and later the effects of colours in terms of where they’re placed in a painting to generate a given emotion. After that I went on to develop my art, finally it’s abstract art, and that’s what I’ve continued to do.
