Question 3: When did you begin to actively create art?
As I mentioned earlier I was always making art, I was constantly taking things apart, scrounging for materials, finding ways to put them together. I never really had an art studio, I worked in my bedroom, I worked on picnic tables, I worked outside. I’ve gotten into trouble for stealing my dad’s tools and for taking things that I shouldn’t have been using and turning them into art projects. It was just a natural progression of that to study it after graduating from high school. And then as soon as I graduated from art college I just kept making it and have been so ever since.
