Question 1: When and how did you realize you wanted to be an artist?

I never wanted to become an artist, I always knew that I was a painter. I’ve been painting a long time, since my adolescence. But I never thought about becoming an artist. My artistic production has always been centered on painting, and if I’ve become an artist, I don’t know. It’s not really something that I think about. I’m concerned about the fact that I express concepts with painting and it’s important for me to work, and to continue, and to develop and push concepts. I’m not necessarily concerned about being an artist, it isn’t part of my vocabulary when I think about myself, but I see myself as a painter.
